Your interest statement will be made available in eService in January. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as it is ready.
Your interest statement can be found under: Accounts and cards -> Statements -> Tax statement.
The interest statement will be made available electronically to all customers that are registered for eService on 31 December, provided that there was an outstanding debit balance on 31 December of the previous year and/or interest was incurred during the relevant tax year
If there was no debit balance on 31 December and no interest was incurred in the relevant tax year.
We provide you with the interest statement to enable you to complete your tax declaration.
We are unable to provide any instructions on how to complete your tax declaration. We recommend that you consult the guidelines for completing your tax declaration or contact your tax office.
Balance of the last statement less any payments made plus any further debit transactions in the period to 31 December.
We are obliged to show the outstanding amount as at 31 December in the interest statement.
