Forgotten your username and/or password?

Go to https://eservice.cembra.ch and click on the link "Forgotten your username?"; enter your email address here and confirm this by clicking "Continue"; you will then be sent an SMS code to your mobile phone. Please enter the code in the field and click "Submit"; your username will subsequently be sent to you via email.

For security reasons, we can no longer send you your old password; however, you can create a new password.

1. Enter your username and click "Forgotten your password?".
2. We will then send an email containing a temporary password to the email address you provided. Please note that for security reasons, this password is only valid for one hour.
3. Now enter the temporary password. You will now be prompted to create a new password with which you will be able to access the eService again (in combination with your username).
