Information:
Please note that the following provisions apply to all SMS services due to technical reasons:
- Only transactions processed by Cembra Money Bank until the previous evening can be shown.
- In case of transactions that depend on the availability of goods and orders made by phone or in writing, the SMS notification may be sent with a delay.
- If you use your credit card at toll stations for highways, tunnels etc. or at parking ticket machines, these payments may not be listed in the SMS.
- For payments at petrol stations as well as hotel bookings or rental car reservations (credit card guarantee), an SMS will not be sent immediately after the transaction but only after the actual amount has been charged.
