Activating and deactivating the SMS service
The SMS services can be activated for all credit cards issued by Cembra Money Bank.
You can sign up for the SMS services in eService at www.cembra.ch/eservice – the free online access to your credit card account.
Here, you can select which information you want to receive regarding your credit card and which you want to be able to access yourself, when needed, by SMS.

Yes. Please note that if you activate the "All inclusive" service, the "Abroad", "Cash" and "Online" services will be automatically deactivated, as the "All inclusive" service features all of the information from the other services, with the exception of the cash limit currently available.
You can change, activate and deactivate the SMS services you have selected online in eService at any time: www.cembra.ch/eservice.
If you deactivate an SMS service to which you have subscribed before the end of a calendar month, you will only be charged for the time you have actually used it.
No. The SMS services can be activated simply and conveniently via eService. For legal reasons, our Customer Service cannot activate any SMS services for you.
You can change the language in the "Support center" tab in eService. The language selected by you will be used in all of the correspondence received from Cembra Money Bank.
